High Ticket Closer Contract
THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (“Closer) is entered into by and between and (“Service Provider”) pursuant to the parties’ Master Agreement dated 04/16/2021. To reach out and close outbound and inbound leads and earn a commission upon being successful. The associate should not compete against our companies or our clients. If such methods or strategies are leaked we have full rights to claim for damages and fees may apply.
Pay Structure

Pay Rate: The Closer/appointment setter will get paid the following payment per deal.

80% On Freedom Club Subscriptions

10% per closed booked meeting

15% on inbound leads over 2k

10% on inbound leads under 2k

5% on inbound appointments under 2k

10% on inbound appointments over 2k

30% on outbound sales over 2k - 20% on outbound sales under 2k

10% on Deals made and qualified by another fellow closer.

Bonuses may apply Payouts to be transferred online using a money transfer application within 48 hours of client's payment to Media Traffics.

Non Compete Agreement:
Covenants not to compete are not favored by courts, so they generally are interpreted very narrowly. They must be “reasonable” in terms of duration and the geographical area to which they apply. Sometimes the duration can be as long as two or three years, while the size of the territory can be quite small, e.g., a 25 mile radius, or quite large, e.g., anywhere in the world. Many companies market nationwide and even worldwide, so a narrow restriction may not be terribly helpful. If you seek to limit activity anywhere in the United States or anywhere in the world, you will probably need to make the restriction much narrower. You cannot, of course, deprive the employee of a way to earn a living in your industry. An alternative clause is: During the course of your employment, You agree not to work for or provide any services to any competitor of the Company. Neither shall you engage in any competitive activity with respect to the Company. Competitive activity includes, but is not limited to, forming or making plans to form a business entity to directly compete with any business of the Company. This provision does not prevent You from seeking or obtaining employment or other forms of business relationships with a competitor after termination of employment with the Company so long as such competitor was in existence prior to the termination of your relationship with the Company and You were in no way involved with the organization or formation of such completion.
No-oversell Clause
"Closer" of Media Traffics or Kenji CRM Are not allowed to oversell, hype up the product or make it sound too great just to claim the commission. Due to over-sell proof provided the commission provided will be reversed.
Growth clause
Independent contractors and employees of Media Traffics and the company may have ownership in the company based on their contribution to the business growth and clients growth. Growth is decided by results, revenue growth and commitment you can submit a request of ownership to the CEO at the time being in order to get assest, approved or denied. Requests must be in written form not typed nor texts/Emails. Requests for company ownership must be applied for 28 months after joining Media Traffics and the company.
